Rahvusvaheline Kammermuusika Festival FEsTaRi (F-Festival, ES-Espoo, TA-Tartu, RI-Riia) on pikaajaline koostööprojekt, mis sai alguse 2006 aastal kolme muusikaharidusasutuse initsiatiivil: Espoo Muusikainstituut (Soome), Heino Elleri nim. Tartu Muusikakool (Eesti) ja Jazep Medinši nim. Riia 1. Muusikakool. Festivalil osalevad muusikakoolide õpilased algastmest gümnaasiumini vanuses 8 - 25. Festivali peaeesmärgiks on kammermuusika ja selle valdkonna hariduse olulisuse esiletõstmine ja väärtustamine laste ja noorte seas, pedagoogiliste kogemuste vahetamine, muusikahariduse edendamine ning huvi äratamine iga riigi kultuuripärandi vastu.
International Chamber Music festival FEsTaRi (F-festival, ES-Espoo, TA-Tartu, RI-Riga) is long-term cooperation project between three music educational institutions – Espoo Music Institute (Finland), Heino Eller Tartu Music School (Estonia) and Jāzeps Mediņš Riga 1st Music School (Latvia), which started 2006. Participants in the festival are students from music schools and secondary schools between age of 8 to 25. The main purpose of the festival is to raise importance of the chamber music education for children and youth, to support exchange of the pedagogical experience and to promote interest in every country’s cultural heritage and innovations in music education.
